Boris Johnson the Thief of Baghdad not the cigar case should be in police custody
The new London Mayor, Boris Johnson, has a shady past. He is a self-confessed thief. I seem to recall him campaigning and suggesting that the police should tackle petty crime in a zero tolerance approach. But, leave him out of the equation he now says it is wasting police time to investigate his act of thievery.
