Caretaker who fell off stepladder sues for £50,000 over 'inadequate training'
"A school caretaker who was injured falling off a six-foot stepladder is suing his employer for £50,000 claiming he was not trained how to use it properly".
He'd only been using stepladders at work for 30 years, and has stepladders at home, but he claims he has not been properly trained how to use them? I suspect he was out shopping one day and was approached by one of these ambulance chasing personal injury lawyers...
