Sir Ian Blair, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, will hold a face-to-face meeting today with the senior officer who has accused him of racist bullying.
Sir Ian said that he would deal with Assistant Commissioner Tarique Ghaffur "robustly and quickly" if he rejected his authority as the Met's commanding officer.
