Is the park affected by the horse chestnut disease ?
There are some beautiful reds in the trees on my way home from work. I really must take my camera with me!

No idea whether there is any disease.
Cherrypie: And I need to get a decent video camera, the one on my phone is alright for close up but did not really get the leaves as I saw them with the naked eye.
You Tube always messes with the quality of videos too. I have uploaded some slide shows that are photo quality as they leave my PC but when they arrive at You Tube they look awful!

Glad the targetting's stopped and that you can afford a decent video camera ... well deserved ! Hope you get your heating entitlement.
