Boris Johnson paused for breath, as he practiced the sport of trowel waving in readiness for the 2012 London Olympics, to announce that spectators will each be given a hand held TV to follow the events.
Might I suggest a solution to getting bums on chairs? I am sure that prisoners would prefer to be watching it live rather than in their cells on TV sets...
