Tomorrow he is launching his campaign to become the Tory Party London Mayoral candidate. To succeed he needs to win the support of the public.
Psssst, Boris, might I suggest it is better not to upset them by calling them cowards? We have a police force to tackle thugs. It might be more popular if you said you intended getting them to do the job that they are paid for...
