Internment is not a good idea
Seumas Milne on the Comment is Free in the Guardian argues that the government's proposal to extend the detention limit for suspected terrorists from 28 to 56 days is "A pointless attack on liberty that fuels the terror threat".
I find myself in complete agreement with him.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
