Racist Tory councillor sparks row blaming Indians for littering Britain
A Tory councillor who suggested immigrants should be taught that littering is unacceptable was accused of racism.
Lucy Ivimy expressed concern that a council estate was being blighted by rubbish thrown from flats into a communal garden.
She said that Indians in particular saw throwing rubbish out of windows as ' normal' and showed a 'total disregard for the cleanliness of a public area'.
