I have just had a call from BBC 1 Look North to do an interview in relation to this story. Of course a Tory MP, who I have never heard of, Andrew Rosindell, is trying to get into the spotlight. At least he refers to the prisoners as people, but then the idiot makes the stupid suggestion that the problem can be solved by turning the prisoners into vegetarians! I think that the lack of constructive regimes in some of our prisons already lead to too many prisoners vegetating.
