What's good for the goose...
A councillor from Northamptonshire has been jailed for 18 weeks after fraudulently claiming more than £13,000 in housing and council tax.
What's good for one is good for another. That is, if he can be jailed for his fraudulent claims then I see no reason why those MPs who have done likewise with their expenses and worse cannot also be jailed.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
