Man fined for swearing at TV
A man has been fined £80 for swearing at his own television while drunk.
Well, I must admit I do this myself. And swear at Rocky when he is barking. Whilst I feel sorry for the neighbours, it does seem that state interference is creeping ever more into our private lives.
