Lawyer on behalf of McCanns: The world knows that Madeleine was abducted from an apartment in the Algarve on 3 May.
Portuguese police have decided that Madeleine McCann could not have been abducted, it was claimed yesterday.
It is bad enough that the public have to suffer Clarence Mitchell's spin on this without a barrister spinning that lie in open court.
For the record: The world does not know that Madeleine was abducted from Apartment 5A in the Algarve on 3 May.
