Woman guard thrust breasts at gay colleague

A gay airport security guard was sexually harassed by a female colleague who thrust her breasts against him and pestered him for sex, an employment tribunal has ruled.

Allwyn Rondeau, 46, is in line for compensation of around £30,000 following the unwarranted advances from Lucy Chilton, 42.

Mr Rondeau, who lives with his partner of 15 years in Feltham, south-west London, worked alongside Miss Chilton for G4S Security Services - previously known as Group 4 - at Heathrow.

He said he had made it clear that he was gay but she persisted in "wobbling her breasts" over his chest and shaking her bottom at him, the tribunal in Reading heard.

She also allegedly told him: "You wouldn't know what to do with a woman anyway."

The panel upheld a claim of harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation against Miss Chilton, of Staines, Surrey, and G4S.

A disabled man has been given an anti-social behaviour order for bombarding a council with more than 10,000 telephone calls in four months.

In just one day, Robert Bullough, 59, contacted officials to complain 681 times. In a five-week period he made more than 5,000 calls to different departments causing some staff to consider resigning, magistrates heard.

The two-year Asbo bans Mr Bullough, who is in a wheelchair, from all council buildings and from threatening staff or ringing officials, except in an emergency. But Mr Bullough said he will write to Blackburn with Darwen council, Lancs, instead.

Mr Bullough, of Blackburn, said: "It probably was too many calls but the council should be there if you need to speak to them."

Richard Holding switched on the blue lights of his police Range Rover when he realised he was going too fast through a speed trap.

He then searched through the police computer to find a nearby emergency incident that he could claim to have been answering.

The computer showed that a Citroën car had been driven erratically in the same area at the same time and Holding claimed to have been pursuing it as a suspected vehicle.

But his plot fell apart when colleagues checked his story. They discovered that information about the Citroën had never been broadcast to police cars so he could not have known about the incident".

I think it is pathetic that it was claimed that Holding was suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. His response was over the top. He attempted to dodge a relatively minor offence and ended up committing a serious offence of perverting the course of justice.

As I understand it, Rhys was killed as the result of a bullet that ricocheted off a car. Therefore, I suspect that the intention to kill was not present to satisfy a murder charge and that any conviction will be as the result of a reduced charge of manslaughter.

Multi-million pound fines are expected to arise from the investigation, which began in 2004 after a complaint from an East Midlands council and quickly spread across England".

I wonder if Viscount Linley, who makes furniture, and has allegedly been snorting coke, does a nice line in picnic tables?

HULL EX-POLICE CHIEF 'TO ADMIT CHILD PORN OFFENCES'

A former Humberside Police chief is set to admit possessing child pornography.

Ex-humberside Police Chief Superintendent Alec Edward Alexander, is charged with seven counts of possessing indecent photographs of children.

Each separate count relates to multiple images, including some graded as the most serious.

Alexander, 61, who used to be in charge of policing in east Hull and Holderness villages, spoke only to confirm his name at a brief court hearing.

But his barrister David Gordon said his client was "almost certainly" going to admit possessing child pornography.

He said: "Almost certainly, there will be guilty pleas regards to the images, if not all of them then, the vast majority of them.

"I would like to put on record that he would be very unlikely indeed to be contending the indecent images."

Prosecutor Simon Waley told Hull Crown Court many of the images found in Mr Alexander's possession were at the top end of the indecency scale.

The case was adjourned until April 28 for a plea and case management hearing, where the charges will be formally put to Alexander and he will be able to enter guilty or not-guilty pleas.
