Woman guard thrust breasts at gay colleague
A gay airport security guard was sexually harassed by a female colleague who thrust her breasts against him and pestered him for sex, an employment tribunal has ruled.
Allwyn Rondeau, 46, is in line for compensation of around £30,000 following the unwarranted advances from Lucy Chilton, 42.
Mr Rondeau, who lives with his partner of 15 years in Feltham, south-west London, worked alongside Miss Chilton for G4S Security Services - previously known as Group 4 - at Heathrow.
He said he had made it clear that he was gay but she persisted in "wobbling her breasts" over his chest and shaking her bottom at him, the tribunal in Reading heard.
She also allegedly told him: "You wouldn't know what to do with a woman anyway."
The panel upheld a claim of harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation against Miss Chilton, of Staines, Surrey, and G4S.

I'll bet that if he was to do that to her, she would cry foul and go straight to the authorities herself. Women don't like to be sexually harassed at all but they seem to think it is a joke when they do it to men. Time they woke up and smelt the coffee.
