Innocent or guilty you're still guilty
There is no doubt that the police cocked up big time with Ian Huntley in the Soham murder case.
Nevertheless, it is no excuse to cock up big time again this time with innocent until proven guilty people. Apparently, CRB checks only contain details of convictions. Whereas, enhanced CRB checks also include details of allegations not proven. And, employers can decide that you are guilty and sack you even though the allegations may not be true.
This is all because of the exaggerated danger of the paedophile.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
