Madeleine: Why Gerry and Kate McCann should be charged

Madeleine: Why Gerry and Kate McCann should be charged

Madeleine lay dead. Gerry and Kate McCann enter into a joint enterprise, a conspiracy, to dispose of Madeleine's body. They outwardly calmly go out and socialise with their friends for drinks, a meal and a quiz at the Tapas Bar at 8.30pm on 3rd of May 2007. To allay suspicion, they employ a smokescreen, that is, at 10pm Kate McCann goes to check on the children and returns to the Tapas Bar claiming that Madeleine has been abducted. The police are called and Gerry and Kate McCann make false statements in an attempt to explain away the disappearance of 3 year old Madeleine.

What crimes have been committed so far?
1. Unlawful killing;
2. Unlawfully administering drugs to minors;
3. Conspiracy;
4. Robbing the coroner of a body;
5. Wasting police time;
6. Perverting the course of justice.

We can add to this list number 7, the fraud and deception with the setting up of the findmadeleinefund.

Update: I forgot to add child neglect and/or child abandonment to the list.

I'm not saying a disagree with you but until the 'evidence' supports your assertions then you are skating on thin ice by stating this so boldly.

Not least because the McCann's have some influenetial supporters, of which google is one. And google as a company are pretty hardline corporate capitalists.

And I wouldn't want you to lose your campaigning voice.

Slightly off topic here, had a text joke through:

The new Renault McCan so quiet you can't hear the kids in the back.

fidothedog: LOL.

transfattyacid: Gerry McCann has thrown down a challenge to find the body. Whilst it would be desirable to find Madeleine, it is not necessary to obtain a conviction. He likes playing mind games, I will go head to head with him. Somebody needs to fight Madeleine's corner for her and I am ready, able, and willing.

When the matter is done and dusted we must hope that the education authority which employs Philomena McCann reviews her suitability in a teaching position in the light of her persistent efforts, in concert with brother John, to hamper a lawful investigation and to pervert the course of justice by knowingly lying on a grand scale.

While middle England laments the depradations of the ASBO clientele in NewLabour's shameful "sink" estates - the "underclass" as the Party calls them without irony or embarrassment, people like the McCann family do as much damage and with much less justification. Spoiled, vain, whining, idle, overpaid, arrogant, conceited, hedonistic, irresponsible, delusional and strangely uneducated despite professional qualifications, the McCanns are not the decent, smiling face of accomplished, competent human beings. Cynical, posturing, manipulative and skin-crawlingly creepy, the McCanns, the whole God-forsaken, heathen, ghastly tribe, are truly the new barbarians.

And, furthermore, charge-wise, there is that of failing to discharge the Duty of Care attendant upon every citizen vis a vis other citizens, particularly the vulnerable. This failure is manifest in the conduct of Brand McCann's al fresco pissheads who happily colluded in the criminal neglect of at least the McCanns' three infants and very probably more. Perhaps concerned individuals might write to the Chief Constables in the areas where these pillars of virtue reside when not pissing it up, abroad.

It has been bruited about, also, that following a successful prosecution the local tourist businesses, notably the Mark Warner complex, might reasonably sue Team McCann for loss of earnings. Now that would be sweet.

AS a final thought on charges, over on Guido's blog some two or three hundred persons have signed a petition agreeing to help fund a private prosecution of Lord Levy et al after the failure of CPS to do the right thing. This three hundred is seen as being significant. Seventeen thousand, however, have urged Leicestershire Social Services to fulfill it's statutory duties in regard to the McCann twins. (The deeply unlovely Philomena, with her customary grace and modesty, tells us that actually, Gerry himself instigated this procedure, directing the social services with the same expertise as he has sought to oversee the PJ. He currently approves the Department's conduct but as we know Gerry's approval depends upon unfailing reciprocity. Such a self-centred, wee body snatcher.)

Should the Portugese judge , for whatever reason, fail to prosecute, then seventeen thousand, or more, UK citizens pledging to fund, say, at the rate of a tenner apiece, a private prosecution might make some interesting waves. If Mr & Mrs McCann were to weight the advantages of being sentenced in a Portugese, rather than an English Crown court-where a private prosecution would inevitably wind up - their minds might well turn to a guilty plea in the former.

Stanislav has no experience of Portugese jails but guesses that they would be considerably more civilised than HMP Leicester or Risley, and probably, for the McCanns, a good deal safer.

The McCanns have mobilised a juggernaut of PR against the rest of us and in this they have enjoyed the unquestioning support of nearly the entirety of the print and broadcast media, especially that funded by the license-payer. I would be great if we could strike back, not only at the McCanns who so sully us abroad but also at their stooges at home. Any thoughts ?

I agree 100% with Stanislav. The reason this case fascinates and appalls my husband & I is, all the participants represent what has gone wrong with British society - selfish approach to family & parenting, decadence, materialism, ignorance, xenophobia, refusal to accept personal responsibility for anything, it's not my fault & I want compo mentality, the list goes on ..... The sun has truly set on the British empire.
