Madeleine McCann is the victim of a heinous crime

Madeleine McCann is the victim of a heinous crime

Madeleine McCann's parents are not victims of a heinous crime. In spite of this Daily Telegraph report by Sally Peck. Clarence Mitchell "Kate and Gerry McCann's new spokesman said today he had given up his Government career to help the "innocent victims of a heinous crime". However, neither Clarence Mitchell nor Sally Peck provide any information to enlighten us as to the nature of this heinous crime which the McCanns have become victims to. The only heinous crime in this case that I am aware of is infanticide and the victim of that is Madeleine and the perpetrators are the parents which do not make them victims in my book.

As a child I remember a TV programme called Daktari which featured Clarence the cross-eyed lion. Here we have Clarence getting his facts crossed and challenging the media tiger and the public.

UPDATE: Rothley woman speaks out against the McCanns video here. This is the video which the McCanns managed to get removed from YouTube.

Excellent article by The First Post here.

jeez...this is all getting slightly surreal - its pretty obvious to anyone with a brain that poor Maddy is not coming back and Gerry & Kate are very aware of this having been responsible for her death - Im starting to worry that they have pulled this thing off - they dont really seem to be doing much about her supposed 'abduction' do they - it seems even they have stopped believing their own lies -its all about THEM - it always was from the very start and it will probably end up being a hollywood movie - they know the body will not turn up as its likely they dumped her in the ocean - they may be some kind of weird evil cult but they are not stupid

I'm giving up, no chance is there going to be a charge brought against them, and every other person convicted on dna should listen to what the trevor show had to say last night get in touch with solicitors and get there sentence quashed, i think all mothers should go out and leave there kids, well why not they did it, wich resulted in a child missing, no comebacks for the mccanns.............i've connected the government, lindy chamberlain, branson, all to the mccanns, and this reality show, it stinks to high heaven, i will never vote again!! conspiracies...your all watching one unfold! I am a very angry person right now...

that lady's only saying what we all think. Funny how the MSM has never picked that little gem of a video up.

I'm sorry JHL but...I always knew they'd get away with it. They've done something to Madeleine and...well...it's ok. I don't know whether they sold her, killed her or what? But, yep, they done summit alrighteee.
Can you help me with something? I found it strange when KMc kept saying she wanted to stay in Praia da Luz until September. Now, we all know it wasn't because of her great motherly love for her daughter, any Corky the clown could see that much, no, I think it was to overlook something in connection with Madeleine. Whatever it was, the danger, perhaps of finding Madeleine, has now passed and now they are in the clear. This time sequence felt important to me. Personally, I think the Portuguese Police have lost; Madeleine has gone forever and we won't get to know the truth, not in the near future anyway. Did you notice GMc's dyed hair? See she's keeping her streaks up, isn't she? They certainly have God, the British government and its tainted media on their side and they know it. Time for all us decent folk to quit this country!

kris: I missed it's first outing on YouTube because it got pulled before I got there. However, with diligence, I managed to track down a copy. If I was MSM I would have given my eye teeth for an interview like this. But, it appears that they are more interested in propagating the McNonces side of the story. This is not about finding Madeleine but about saving their arses.

My first watch of the video...what a sensible woman.
She is prepared to wait on a verdict of murder and not jump to conclusions.

Innocent until proven otherwise.
This is the law, or it was the last time I looked!

Oh I do agree they should be investigated with regards to child neglect.

The law does not work in the same way where children are involved. The presumption of innocent until proven guilty is superseded by a greater responsibility by the State in its duty of care to a child, which supersedes parental care. In other words, if or when a parent is considered but not proven to be a threat to a child, the level of proof is not required.

This is why there is so much friction in child protection / child abuse cases in that guilt or innocence has not been proven. By the time a case gets to court - often the Family Court, whose proceedings are secret - it is almost impossible to establish innocence when all that is required is "reasonable doubt", not proof.
