Independent Snoopers Agency?
It's called the Independent Safeguarding Authority. Independent of whom or what? The web address shows that it is a government agency, so where does the "Independent" come from? The Chair is Sir Roger Singleton, who was Chief Executive of Barnardo’s for 21 years. Given that the ISA's role is to prevent unsuitable people from working with children and vulnerable adults, and that Barnardo's has a very bad reputation for employing paedophiles or allowing paedophiles access to the children in its care, one wonders why Singleton was appointed as Chair?
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

A "Yes" man. The author of a book about Madeleine called "Vanished" interviewed paedophiles during research. They confirmed childrens homes are targetted - easy prey.
