Correct me if I am wrong, but I think what we are looking for is honesty in government whether it be in the Commons or Lords.

You mean like naughty school boys? And, what about Derek Conway? Who says crime doesn't pay? There is something hypocritical about the government informing us that if we want rights we must accept responsibilities. When are those we put in power and those elevated or hereditary Peers going to act responsibly?
