Blunt tells Paul Staines/Guido Fawkes to fuck off!
"John Hirst
David Morris: To ask the Secretary of State for Justice if the Probation Service will (a) consider the compliance of John Hirst with the terms of his licence for release from custody and (b) recall him from his release on licence. [22623]
Mr Blunt: It would not be appropriate, for operational reasons, to place in the public domain information regarding the management on licence of an individual offender.
However, an offender who is in the community and on a life licence is liable to be recalled to prison, where his behaviour suggests he presents an unacceptable risk to life or limb".
I note that Paul Staines/Guido Fawkes the BNP blogger was quick to publish the question being asked, but has so far failed to publish the answer. Perhaps the police informant will explain to his readers in what way smoking a spliff and drinking champagne poses a risk to life and limb?
Better luck next time you filthy scumbag twice drinking and driving and without insurance!

So he has broken the law too? Does that mean that he has now forfeited all of his human rights? Or are there different rules in place for him?
Tim: He has broken the law for years and yet he makes a false claim to the moral high ground.
