A paedophile is claiming £5,000 compensation because his prison cell does not have a toilet, washing facilities and drinking water.
David Williams, 43, says his human rights are breached by "a substandard lifestyle" at Exeter Prison in Devon.
Perhaps he should have submitted his claim to the court on bog paper?
