Robber's death could lead to murder charge
"A shopkeeper could be charged with murder after defending himself against an armed robber who was killed by his own knife, police said yesterday".
It beggars belief that the police could even think of sending the papers to the CPS for a decision whether to prosecute in this case. It's a waste of time and money. What jury would convict him in these circumstances?
UPDATE: No charges after robber's death
