Whine about wine
I fail to see how the example of this one teenager being a binge drinker, produces this conclusion "It shows how binge drinking has a fatal grip on Britain". Even allowing for other people binge drinking it does not mean that the rest of society is in danger of becoming alcoholics.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
