Police White Van Man
One of my pet themes is that the police are not policing my area. That is, the bobby on the beat variety. However, I did come across White Van Man police in an undercover surveillance operation targeting motorists on Beverley Road. Twice I saw the prowling BMW and Subaru Jam Sandwiches pounce on unsuspecting drivers.
