Nat West the bank robber taken to court
As one of my accounts is with Nat West, and I have several times been the victim of its daylight robbery, and challenged them and won my money back, I am glad to see that someone is finally going to get a ruling on the practice of charging in the region of £50 for something that costs Nat West £2.50.
