First Jane Pickering of Hull was devastated when the flood seeped into her home causing extensive damage, and then she worked for Kwik Save without pay for six weeks before being made redundant when the super store chain went into administration. It has meant that she now has to claim benefits, cancel direct debits, and take the car off the road because the family are not able to afford the insurance.
