Hmmm - bet no-one saw Charlie nipping out the back......
I've popped into a few of these myself in the past year or so. They show plenty of planning and forethought, which is always nice to see, but a few hours in there, hacking plants down and ripping out the fixtures can leave you with a monster headache.
On the bright side, the last one also yielded a bin liner full of dry leaf, just sitting there amongst the rubbish in the yard. If we'd had a pack of Rizla, we might have been tempted....
