Iain Dale's Diary states: Link exchanges are really important in driving traffic to other sites. A big thank you to everyone who links to me. Remember, if you have a link to me and you don't see one to you on my blogroll, just let me know in the comments and I will rectify it".

Iain Dale says: "Link exchanges are really important in driving traffic to other sites. A big thank you to everyone who links to me. Remember, if you have a link to me and you don't see one to you on my blogroll, just let me know in the comments and I will rectify it".
As you know, I link to you, and as you know you used to link to me, until, that is, you objected to me linking to Iain Dale's Dairy in my blogroll, and demanded that I do not link to this site. I refused to comply with your unreasonable demand, as a result you decided to punish me by removing your link to my site even though I did not remove my link to your's in retaliation.
Given that Tim Ireland has now ceased to blog on the Iain Dale's Dairy site, I decided of my own free will to remove the link not at the behest of some bullying Tory blogger. Therefore, I can see no reasonable excuse for you not honouring the words which you have decided to make public.

Previously, I have called Iain Dale both a hypocrite and a liar. He took umbrage with these truths. I wonder how he will respond to this challenge?

Re your last para. And you wonder why I removed the link...
I am going to reinstate it, but if you ever call me a liar or a hypocrite again I will remove it.
You will also be included in the 2007 Blogging Guide.
The ego has landed. Rather than make threats, like a bully, if someone really believes that accusations about them are untrue, they publish a counter blast to set the record straight. You have chosen not to try and counter my allegations. You are not suffering from writers block on this particular subject are you?
To think that he could be an MP in the near future. Hang on lying, hypocrisy, bullying and shameless self-promotion a future prime minister in the making.
As you are in Iain's top 50 referrers it makes sense for him to play ball on this I'd have thought.
I reckon that most of the time Iain believes what he blogs so when he is wrong he is surely mistaken rather than a liar?
And one person's hypocrite is another's flexible pragmatist.
zinzin: There is nothing like the saying truth hurts. I have obviously hit a raw nerve...
Chris: You need to follow the links to see that this is not a case of someone being mistaken. A hypocrite is a person who says one thing and then does another. And a liar is a person who makes a statement knowing it to be false with the intention that it should be believed, but is caught out by analysis on the facts. I am not being unfair. Iain is saying don't call me these names or else, when he should either accept the truth of them and the writer right to say them or seek to disprove them.
