Park Warden bites dog
Obviously, the title is not true. Its a short video of Rocky enjoying his new found freedom in Pearson Park, following my being found not guilty of common assault and being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control at Hull Crown Court yesterday.
Obviously, Carl Walker, a so-called Park Ranger (in reality a litter picker), did not tell the truth when he claimed that I instructed my dog Rocky to bite him. This poor excuse for a human being had decided to engage in a private vendetta against me. Hull City Council encouraged its employee to hound me. And, the police and PCSOs at Pearson Park Police Station joined in this attack upon an innocent citizen.
Last night, along with friends, I took Rocky for a walk in Pearson Park. Just as we were about to leave, we were approached by two PCSOs, who for no reason whatsoever told me to put a lead on Rocky. I see this as harassment. I informed them I had no intention of complying with their request because of the trial verdict. The judge said he thought the dog was entitled to its exercise providing that there was no breach of the peace.
I intend to start videoing the authorities response to my and my dog's freedoms. Let's see how they like it being exposed for what they are.

John,
Good for you. Why were the litter picker's medical records not used to back his vindictive allegation against you and Rocky ?
Such a pity I wasn't there for it. I miss those walks and so glad they are to continue.
And another thing - it's going to be a bit easier on you in the park now, knowing Rocky's penchant for exploring this and that.:)
John, I understand the point that you are trying to make and I had problems with my old dog who did have a police record, but I do think you are playing with Rocky's life in making a point. Maybe it would be wise to get an extending lead so he can run at a considerable distance but still be able to be brought back on that lead? I'm on Rocky's side first and foremost and on your side secondly, and I do see the point that you make but its difficult to prove that a warden is biased and has lied about the situation and get's away with it leaving you and Rocky with a track record - I'd goad that bloody warden! I'd have a dog on an extension lead and reel him back 6" away from the warden's arse. No police or wardens could ever claim my dog was running free because although he would be he is still on a lead.
I also think that the warden will pursue this as a personal vendetta so please consider Rocky here and a long extending lead will really piss the warden off and he can't do a bloody thing about it. result? frustrated warden, winners Rocky and yourself!
anon: There were no medical records submitted, as I understand it he neither went to his doctor or hospital. And, the photo showing the alleged bite was listed as not evidentially sound by the CPS.
James: He did relish the freedom to roam and pursue those scents...
DD: Our dog expert told me about a case where a dog was on a short leash and bit a child's face and had to be destroyed.
The trial judge stated that they had tried to use the criminal law to prosecute me when it was really a case for the county court and a private law action.
jailhouselawyer,
Interesting that people reporting threat, menace and physical damaged to their homes and vehicles by feral mobs never results in six police officers attending the scene. Those constituting a genuine public nuisance are NEVER handcuffed and seldom detained.
devonshire dumpling,
Did you own an aggressive dog ?
Rocky has the same right to a free run in the park as every other dog.
You wrongly assume that all wearers of uniform are decent, honest people.
Warden may feel victimized ??? Not according to logic.
devonshire dumpling,
Rocky's not the only dog to be seriously misrepresented.
A photo was posted on Joana's site yesterday of a spaniel holding a dead rabbit lookalike in it's mouth.
Report stating Eddie found cuddle cat hidden in the cupboard was very different from Eddie's handlers official report.
In response, I pointed out the fact that Eddie & Keela are uniquely trained as the best cadavers available. They NEVER touch SPECIMENS; they scent, signal and sit. Only forensic specialists touch or remove critical evidence in homicide cases.
Eddie, like Rocky, was made a victim of false reporting and gross misrepresentation in the public domain.

You are luck all you got was a nice "please put it on a lead" and not a 1000 quid fine!
Rocky is behaving perfectly. Keep up with the evidence.
devonshire dumpling:
You couldn't make Rocky bite you unless you had a joint of beef tucked into your trouser legs! He's a lovely little pup with no malice at all in him.
Saying that, we see Rocky sniffing around in the bushes but his sense of smell can't be that good otherwise he would have sniffed out where I laid that Carl Walker bloke.
I notice my comments have been removed? Is that because my points were both valid John?
For those that didn't see - my main salient point was that this video shows how little control he actually has of Rocky when off his lead!
John calls him twice, but Rocky just ignores him and continues wandering aimlessly around the park.
For those park users with children, this in itself is worrying that the owner appears to lack control of their dog.
The late Mr Zachariah Pearson kindly donated this land to the people of Hull for the enjoyment of all - not for one man with a vendetta against the authorities to make a point!
