Councils are to be ordered to stop using controversial snooping laws to investigate petty offences such as dog fouling, littering and breaches of school admissions policies.

Perhaps we should all support David Davis in his campaign against this sort of thing. Other politicians can't abide him as he's actually on the side of the public while they're all obsessed with their expenses.
AfricanMum who told you the public were on the side of Davis ? The polls show the public are all in favour of snooping and certainly I have no problems with it.
