MS sufferer's landmark win in right to die case

A woman with Multiple Sclerosis has won a crucial stage of her legal battle to be allowed to commit suicide abroad with her husband's help.

"Debbie Purdy, who is confined to a wheelchair, wants to able to die in a clinic in Switzerland when her condition becomes unbearable.

But she fears that if her husband, Omar Puente, helps her on her final journey he may be prosecuted in Britain for assisting her suicide.

Is it not ironic that we are killed with additives, fluoride, drugs, mercury, cell phones etc, and our deaths are incidental as business is booming (well until recently).
And yet when we decide that we don't want to suffer anymore, some judge who doesn't even know me gets to say yeah or nay.
It is all about power.
God forbid that for a minute any one should think that they have sovereignty over their bodies.
They belong to the states.
Do you recall a case recently in the UK whereby a dying daughter donated her liver to her mother who needed one.
A court overturned this woman's final request and gave/sold the liver elsewhere.
And we take this shit.
Astounds me really.
