Civil Serf suspended for alleged breach of Civil Service Code
The Civil Service Code is deemed to be a legally binding contract between employer and employee.

misuse your official position, for example by using
information acquired in the course of your official duties
to further your private interests or those of others;".

A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

This is border line. If there is a block on information being leaked to the public that is classified, then I can agree with the action.
But, if the information is in the interest of the public then o.k.
When politics is rolling around in the mud, its no surprise they dont want any information, either true or only opinions to be stopped.
Doesnt send out a good message though.
We know after eleven years what the government are like. I dont think a blogger is telling us anything we dont know. So whats the harm?
