Prison radio to cost taxpayers £2million
The government is planning a radio station exclusively for the entertainment of Britain's prisoners, which will cost taxpayers £2million, according to reports.

i assume this would involve a lot of cons training in various fields such as techies, journalism, production, etc? So they are more likely to get good jobs and pay more tax on release? Sounds like a better investment than the banks...
