Israeli court condemns Israel's deliberately killing Palestinian civilians
When The Israeli supreme court today upheld the government's blockade of fuel and electricity supplies to the Gaza Strip, it also ruled that "Israel still had an obligation under international law to avoid "deliberately" harming Palestinian civilians".
The Israeli attack upon the UN refugee Centre was a deliberate killing and harming of Palestinian civilians.
Not only has Israel breached International law with this war crime, but it has also ignored its own supreme court ruling.
