I hope that is the last of it and that she and the rest of us can all now rest in peace.
My worst nightmare is that this is all some kind of great publicity stunt for another Big Brother, miraculously Jade Goody returns from the grave for a repeat performance...

Yesss - I know what you mean about Ms Goody... Mind you I never engaged with any of it and only knew she was dead by looking at your blog ! I kid you not !

Don't get me wrong - I think its terrible that a person so young succumbs to cancer. I've nursed the sick and those dying with such a terrible disease and 27 is no age to go (is any age?) BUT as Max is involved we will all be hearing about this for months to come....and this time next year too. I am still waiting to see what funds Max is donating to cancer research or a local hospice or to Jade's sons...but I won't hold my breath.
Await tomorrows headlines but I really don't think the whole nation is in mourning. A brave girl but I hope she is now left in peace, and so is the general public
I would have missed all this with my usual media armour on and nasty looks - but I have watched it today and though it is sad - human stories are - my shark-cheek-eye - the best way I can describe my one eyeball - saw in fact the major sub text : that celebrity and a partly perverse identification with it distracts from the more serious community anonymity of peoples lives ..

Jade's father (drug addict) and mother appear to have created quite a hell for her.
But predominantly social engineering is crafted by tossers and by the time any money gets to a community that needs all sorts of remedial glue including jobs and training and other help its been soaked up by admin-classes and other bollox and even private firms who love bankers like David Freud ..
Hence though , the need for personal deification for most of us in Dogland. We are jaded jesus's screaming for attention.. On the bloody cross of social stratification that now doles out "attention" in mass projections of "WE ARE JADED"

Regardless of the media coverage, give the girl a break fer fucks sake. I don't give a shit about how much she sold the rights for or to whome to but she died a painful death. Very easy to kick somebody once they are down. Innit?
