Malcolm Searles, a former policeman who killed a grandmother during a 100mph plus "hair-raising joyride", has been jailed for six-and-a-half years.
I think he got off light all things considered. He could and should have been charged with Taking Without Owners Consent, and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

I've had the tv off for most of the day and just had my music playing or talk radio, but heard this several times om the news.
So that's what the spoted faced twat looks like. So many times I see them flying past me while driving around and wonder how many emergencies they have.
One time a cop car sped past me, lights flashing sierens blaring....got to the bottom of the hill and there he was at the traffic lights waiting for it to turn green, I took his registration plates down, but never did anything about it.
