Disenfranchisement of Prisoners

BUT we in England are not part of any democracy, John. We are part of the new Stalinist state of Britistan. A strange combination of Sharia and Stalinist law.
By the way, how are you coping with the cold snap? Why don't you put some form of heating in yur computer room?
