Five men have been jailed for their part in a mass brawl, which resulted in a notorious Hull criminal getting knocked unconscious.
The violence ended with a notorious Hull criminal getting knocked unconscious and taken to hospital.
Now, five men have been jailed for a total of five-and -a-half years for their part in the brawl.
Three others have been given suspended prison sentences.
Recorder Henry Prosser, sitting at Hull Crown Court, said the violence must have been "frightening and terrifying" for anyone looking on.
One group had been watching Hull City play Chelsea last February and went to the Hull Cheese public house, in Paragon Street, city centre, to carry on drinking after the game.
They then started a mass brawl in the bar after spotting criminal Derek George, who was in the pub celebrating his son's 18th birthday with some friends.
The two groups began fighting with each other, throwing bar chairs and tables.
Eight men were arrested, including Derek George's son Ben.
