Prison officer suspended from Aylesbury jail
A female officer at a Buckinghamshire prison has been suspended over claims she had an inappropriate relationship with an inmate.
The 23-year-old was relieved of her duties at Aylesbury Young Offenders Institute on Friday.
The inmate is a 20-year-old serving three years for weapons offences. An internal inquiry is under way.
In November, a former officer at the prison Kelly-Anne McDade, was jailed when she had a baby with an inmate.
The 31-year-old was sentenced to 30 months at Aylesbury Crown Court after pleading guilty to misconduct in a public office.
She gave birth to a baby boy in February following a relationship with Nelson Delgado, 21.
Judge Christopher Tyrer described her behaviour as "disgraceful".
