Brother of ex-screw sues NotW for breach of confidence
The brother of a corrupt ex-screw who was given information which breached the Official Secrets Act, and breached Ian Huntley's Article 8 right to privacy, by his bent brother, and which he tried to sell to the News of the World, supposedly in the public interest, but which he wanted £40,000 for disclosing, is now claiming that the defunct newspaper is in breach of a confidence.
Comment: I hope the greedy bastards get the case thrown out of court and that they get lumbered with the court costs!
