Exclusive: Prison roof protest
A prisoner is on the roof of Wessex Wing of Earlstoke Prison protesting being homeless on release in September. The prisoner has a rope around his neck and razors to kill himself if staff approach him.

Hungry and homeless? I have often bought a Big Issue off someone who has just been released from jail. It sucks.
