It's all over now...
It's all over now...
As I took Rocky for a walk in Pearson Park last night I noticed that the Pearson Park Hotel was all boarded up. This came as a surprise to me. On my way back from Pearson Park this morning I met Tony, one of my landlord's employees, and mentioned it to him. He replied that he knew having read about it in the Hull Daily Mail.

I thought something had happened to Rocky!
Yes I had to read past the first few words too, because I thought the same thing about Rocky!
Apologies for that. The title is from the Rolling Stones.
The Dorchester Hotel at the other end of Pearson Avenue has also closed down.
Many businesses on Beverley Road have closed and yet it is the main drag...
