BBC to bring back This Is Your Life - Yates books Levy

Mark Thompson the Director General of the BBC has announced that the BBC is to start filming a new series of This Is Your Life. It will have a slightly different format, whereas previously the presenter would surprise whoever was to appear on the programme, the new series intends to let the person know in advance that a file is being drawn up concerning their life and the activities that they have been engaging in. Past presenters have been Eamonn Andrews, and Michael Aspel. The new presenter will be Assistant Commissioner John Yates of Scotland Yard, and this week he will be presenting The Big Red Book to Michael Levy (the Prime Suspect in an ongoing police investigation into cash for honours and two counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice).

Former friends of Michael Levy expected to appear on the show are; Tony Blair, Ruth Turner and Jonathan Powell. All of these will be appearing in future episodes.
