I smell a rat...
The puppet judge for the occupying forces who sentenced Saddam Hussein to death has been allowed to enter Britain without even making an asylum application like any ordinary person seeking refuge from persecution. He is costing the tax payers a fortune in close protection, normally reserved for royalty and top politicians. If anyone thought that the show trial stunk to high heaven, and that the judge was only serving his political masters. This is evidence.

"Any person claiming asylum must be able to demonstrate that he or she has a “well-founded fear of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion" in their country of nationality or former country of residence."
Or have friends in high places.
