Mohamed Al-Fayed unlawfully killed Diana and Dodi
It would seem to me that Mohamed Al-Fayed embarked on his crusade to lay the blame for the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed at the door of everyone else, rather than take responsibility himself. Given that Henri Paul was an employee of Mohamed Al-Fayed, there is the issue of the employer being liable for the unlawful killing by way of vicarious liability.
Perhaps, the mad Arab will now give it a rest?
