How about this, then? Ordinary residents of the area earmarked for the development of the new Olympic Stadium area have been paid a minimum of £45.000 to move out and re-settle in the suburbs of London, many of whom have taken up residence in Dagenham.

Strangely enough, Dagenham has now a much nicer atmosphere and has a better class of shops, run by these people. Many are of black origin and although the original residents of Dagenham feel intimidated by their influx, they are are much more laid-back type of people, with the added effect that the streets are filled with some real nice honeys with short skirts and cute faces!

Yeah!!
