Morons, United.
Nowhere near as good as Parcel Force. If they can't smash a musical instrument by wanging it around they put a feckin' sharp object through the packaging. I have suffered at the hands of these morons.
Why the fuss when years ago Tom Paxton sung about his own experience in "Thank you, Republic Airlines, for breaking the neck on my guitar..."
