Lib Dems to bring back forced labour for prisoners
Make prisoners work and contribute from their prison wages to a compensation fund for victims (page 74).
As for the Victims Tax, no taxation without representation and what about the £73,000,000 compensation for convicted prisoners denied the vote?
The AoP is already warning about the possibility of prison riots over no votes, poor prison conditions and no legitimate channel to air their grievances.
This may well prove to be Nick Clegg's Achille's heel!
