Chindamo: Dirty tricks by the Home Office and Libby Purves talking out of her arse

According to The Independent: "Home Office tried to gag Chindamo's character witnesses". This is a serious allegation, and should be the subject of an inquiry to discover which civil servant attempted to pervert the course of justice, and upon who's or what authority this was carried out.

Libby Purves in The Times displays perverse thinking with this load of nonesense. What emotive bollocks! "Chindamo is merely being asked to forfeit any right to live in the foreign country that he so grievously wounded with his self-obsession and his showy knifework". He did not stab the fucking country you moron! And, she goes on making a mountain out of a mole hill "Of his own free will, armed by design, he wilfully tore the fabric of humanity". Libby, dear, I think you will find that he stabbed to death Mr Lawrence, one person, he hardly constitutes the fabric of humanity. There are a lot of other people out there hadn't you noticed? The silly cow concludes, that Chindamo would only find redemption if he gave into the insane demands of Mrs Lawrence and agreed to be exiled to Italy. How about "Able was I, I saw Elba"?
