Robert Murat to sue once he is officially cleared by police

Briton Robert Murat, 33, who denies any involvement with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, intends to sue the Portugese State when the police declare in the next few days that he is no longer a formal suspect.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he then goes on to sue some of the media organisations.

The Portugese police have increasingly been focusing their attentions on the McCanns. It is understood that they are not looking at an accident as the cause of Madeleine's death which they now believe occurred in the McCann's bedroom. English sniffer dogs have detected the signs of Madeleine's death, and blood traces on one of the walls, in the McCanns bedroom.

I think those who keep critisizing the McCanns as parents are indeed very sad people. It is alway´s the minority who stand up in a crowd that are heard AND not the majority of people. We feel deepest sympathies for these parents and any other parent who are in simliar circumstances. Those who continue to critisize are really very sad people......
